The Twins Are Here!

Joey is a big brother! The twins arrived unexpectedly the morning of Sunday, August 21. Daniel Shervin was born first at 8:54 am weighing 5 lbs, 10 oz and measuring 19 inches long. His sister, Lily Sara, arrived at 8:55 am weighing 5 lbs, 8 oz and measuring 18 inches long. Both were born healthy with no problems and arrived via c-section. The babies came straight to recovery with us and needed no time in the NICU or hospital nursery. Since birth, both have been thriving and are so much fun. I love these pictures, Hannah! Especially the one of what I assume is Lily chowing down on Daniel's head. You can certainly tell they have a bond only twins can share. :)
