Back in Baltimore

Joey arrived safely back in Baltimore last night.  He has been having fun reconnecting with his toys and favorite things in his home and it's amazing to see the changes that have occurred in the last eight weeks.  Now he is really reaching and grabbing.  He's also rolling over from his back to his front!  Joey had a wonderful time in Nebraska with his Nanny and Poppy and really misses them, but he's also happy to be reunited with his dad.

Happy Valentine's Day!

Joey would like to wish all of his readers a happy Valentine's Day! He is sending a special Valentine love to his Daddy. Joey and his mom return to Baltimore tomorrow and are both excited to see Daddy. We've had a wonderful time in Nebraska with Nanny and Poppy and we look forward to returning to Nebraska soon.

Drinking Water

While we've been in Nebraska we've learned that Joey loves water. He's not really supposed to drink much, so he only has a sip or two. But every time I have a glass of ice water he lunges for the glass and holds it himself. Such a big boy!

There is a winter storm in Nebraska today and Joey has been having fun watching the snow. Here he is in his adorable barn jacket from his Nana and Granddad in Texas.

Five Months Old Today!

Joey's Nebraska Friends

Joey attended a very special luncheon this past Sunday and met some very good Nebraska friends: the Stedman family. The Stedman's were some of the first people Joey's grandparents met when they moved to Nebraska thirty years ago and they've remained good friends ever since. Joey especially enjoyed meeting Roger--they bonded all afternoon!

Joey Does Tennessee

Joey visited Tennessee this weekend! He got to see his dad and visit his Auntie Rachel. Joey even attended his first baby shower! Joey is excited to announce that his Auntie Rachel will be having a baby--Baby Jac should arrive in mid-April! He is so excited to have a new cousin! Joey also met Olivia, Auntie Rachel's dog and was quite intrigued.
